Verse of the Week: 1 Peter 2:20

This past week Summer helped me pick the verse of the week.  I read 3 or 4 of the first verses I saw underlined in my Bible when I randomly opened it, we talked about them, and she picked to make 1 Peter 2:20 our verse of the week.  It says, "But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God."  We talked a lot about how when you choose to do the right thing, such as sticking up for a friend or including a friend to play that others want to leave out, sometimes your friends could say something mean to you or leave you out.  However, when we choose to do the right thing, even when it means some people won't like us very much, God is very proud of us.  And I am very proud of Summer - in a situation she told me about recently, she chose to do the right thing even when I wasn't around.  Without further ado, here is the verse of the week...

**Just as a disclaimer, Summer mentions two wonderful friends' names in the video when making a pretend scenario when the verse of the week would apply.  The situation Summer hypothesized to demonstrate the verse did not actually occur :)
