Halloween

I think we set a new record on candy collected this Halloween....with an outdoor homeschool Halloween party, our church's trunk or treat, and making the rounds in our neighborhood, we are SET on candy! :-)

Kiddos before the homeschool Halloween Party.....Bo Peep, a "stinky sock", and a Jelly Fish....

Kiddos with their cousins at our church's Trunk or Treat!

Everyone picked a theme for their "trunk" for trunk or treat and had to dress up with their theme.  The Tommerdahl Trunk was a Christmas theme (Summer's idea) complete with a decorated tree, wrapped presents, a fireplace (borrowed from Pastor Paul's office), stockings, and us dressed up as the Claus's (thanks to our church's costume supply).   Grandma and Grandpa walked around with the kids to participate in the fun while Paul and I enjoyed saying Ho Ho Ho and Merry Christmas to the kiddos that came to get treats at our our trunk.....;)

Trick or Treating the neighborhood.

Jack-O-Lanterns

Mr. Ken (our neighbor) always spoils the kids with candy on holidays, and this Halloween was no exception :).  He got a family picture of us when we stopped over, and also one of the kids and him.
