Each year, the high school I used to teach at (Apple Valley High School) puts on a Broadway performance consisting of songs, dances, and music, that is extremely well done. This year, because of Summer's love for all of the above, and especially anything involving a stage ;), I asked her if she wanted to go on a date! She ecstatically said yes and even reminded me to call and get tickets when I forgot :). She looked forward to it all week. I did too, as I love spending time with her one-on-one, and I also enjoy watching shows! As a bonus, I even got to see a few of my tutoring students involved in the show! Anyway, here are a few pics...

Summer loved it! She sat so well through the whole show! I did have to remind her to talk quietly, tho, as she enjoyed commenting to me during the performance :). Yay for Mommy-Summer dates :).
