Summer Sweetness

Summer's arm (from right side of picture) holding Colton's pacifier in his mouth
Today on our ride home from the park in the double jogger, Colton was fussy.  Summer leaned over and sweetly said, "What's wrong, baby Colton?"  Then she proceeded to get his pacifier, and hold it in his mouth for most of the ride home!  He sucked onto it, and was happy as long as she was holding it.  It was adorable!

Apple Valley has at least 10 parks (that we have found so far!) within walking/running distance of our house. Yesterday we checked out a new (to us) park by the elementary school.  It is now our new favorite and we have been there three times in the past two days!  Summer is getting quite brave and now goes down all the big slides all by herself.  She also loves all the tunnels.  She is getting to be a little monkey and can climb a ladder almost all by herself now!  She is seeming like such a big girl!  Only 1 more day of being 1 year old.....!
