Summer had school off on Friday, and so we planned our first "visit Daddy at Thrivent for lunch" day for when she could come too! We took the light rail to get to downtown Minneapolis, which the kids get so excited about! I am so thrilled that his work is so faith based, including having a prayer chapel on site, an art museum of paintings of biblical scenes dating back to the 14th century, and stained glass windows conveying biblical messages. Not only that, but the atmosphere is awesome too! How cool to work in such a great environment. Anyway, we had a blast visiting Daddy! Here are a few pictures!
