Colton is 3 months!

Wow!  Colton is 3 months old today!  In some ways it feels longer than 3 months since we met our little guy....probably because of how much we've been awake ;), but in other ways it's hard to believe we've already reached this milestone! 

Each month with him is more fun than the previous, as he is more alert, awake, and much happier!  He is loving playing with toys that dangle above him and will almost always smile when you talk to him (my favorite!).  He is starting to laugh a little (see video below) which is fun!  He still loves bath time, which makes it a favorite time of day for us as well!  

He is in size 3 month clothing and size 1 diapers, but we don't go in to have him weighed again until his 4 month check-up.

He has many funny "poop" stories, the highlight being when we had some friends over for dinner....I was holding him and he literally pooped down my leg ending in pretty large puddle on the floor!  Funny thing is, his diaper was pretty clean!  It all exploded out the leg hole of his diaper!  Silly little guy :-).

He usually eats about 7:30am when he wakes up, goes down for a nap about 9am, eats again around 10:30, and then eats about 1:30pm before his long afternoon nap.  He usually sleeps until between 4-6pm and then eats when he wakes up.  We feed him again at 8pm before bedtime.  He usually gets up to eat between 2am and 4am.  If its closer to 2am, he usually needs another feeding around 5:30 or 6am, however if it is closer to 4am, we can make it through the night on one feeding.
