October was filled with the end of cross country, the end of soccer, gymnastics meets, the start of Christmas musical practice, youth group retreat, and lots of Tiger the cat!

K Turns 40

 I celebrated my 40th birthday this month!  I had the best celebration and I feel so grateful.  On my actual birthday I went out to eat with my mom and sister.  Such a treat!  Then I came home to fresh made apple crisp, made by Summer.  That weekend our family went camping at Jay Cooke State Park for my birthday,  my choice for a way to celebrate.  We spent our days outdoors hiking, rock scrambling, sitting by the fire, sitting in the hammock, and just spending time together with my favorite people.  I also got to go out to eat with Paul's parents.  Not cooking for a night is such a treat!  Below are some pictures....
